The printing press building for Acar Group comprises 7 levels taking full advantage of the allowable building envelope. The two semi-basement levels are for storage and upper levels are where production and packaging activities take place. The common spaces including an open air terrace is on the setback roof level.

Offices are arranged in a linear fashion on every level on the south side of the building leaving the rest of the floor plates for production. Ribbon windows on the north façade provide daylight for production areas. The concrete structure is optimized for structural efficiency and machine layout. The waffle slab was preferred for speed of construction, clean exposed concrete finish as well as structural efficiency.
