Olimpos is a series of exhibitions curated by Taner Ceylan to promote young Turkish artists. We were invited to design the second installment of the exhibition series titled Paysage. Paysage is a term in art that was also a subject of interest for landscape design and architecture in the 18th century.
The small temples and ruins seen in the landscapes Lorrain had painted the 17th century became a feature in landscape design in the 18th century. Folly, the name given to these small structures built for no particular function is the inspiration and starting point for the interior landscape we designed for the exhibition.
